Why would you need a Realtor in such a great real estate market?

I get asked this question all the time, and my answer is that I absolutely think you need a real estate advisor. Realtors are experts in the real estate field. I can help you understand what’s happening in the market, property values, how much your particular home is worth, what’s for sale in neighborhoods that interest you, etc. We also consistently have off-market homes that are available to you.

You may or may not need a Realtor, but I would love to be your trusted real estate advisor. Most of my time isn’t just spent showing homes. I’m also answering questions from people most of the day.
