This year is a little different; our February and March markets have been very strong. Homes have been selling quickly and often over list price. The best time to list in 2022 is probably right now since you’ll see a high number of showings and offers.
However, you can’t just throw your house on the market and sell for top dollar without any preparation. Preparing your home is still key to getting it sold for the highest price possible.
